WHEN HOT,ADD CLOVES,CINNAMON,BAY LEAVES AND FRY FOR A WHILE.ADD ONIONS ANDTOMATOES AND FRY TILL PINK.ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND FRY TILL RAW SMELL VANISHES. ![]() 5.ADD PUDINA AND CHILLI PASTE. ![]() 6.FRY TILL RAW SMELL VANISHES . ADD SALT,MIXED CHILLI POWDER AND FRY WELL.NOW ADD THE RICE SOAKED WATER FIRST. BRING TO A BOIL. ![]() 7.WHEN WATER BOILS,ADD SOAKED RICE. ![]() 8.NOW CLOSE THE COOKER. IF BASMATHI RICE,DONT KEEP WHISTLE. IF RAW RICE KEEP WHISTLE. ![]() 9.WAIT FOR 3 WHISTLES AND THEN REMOVE FROM FIRE. 10. WHEN READY OPEN AND SEE THE COOKED PUDINA RICE. ![]() 11.
