![]() Friends... All of us have them ... Each individual we come across in our lives are so very different and so very unique... Some stay on...while some leave memories ... Whatever be, for a moment atleast, they shared our journey called life... Though we may not be in touch with all of them, we tend to think of each of them...somewhere, sometime...and aren't those memories precious...? This poem of mine, goes out to all my friends...with whom I've shared some of the best moments of my life Whilst we trudge through the roughs of life,Sometimes meadows and sometimes streams, As the grasses tingle and the waves kiss our feet We stall for few seconds and listen to the jingles Over we tumble on some pleasantries, some melancholies Some look lush whilst others barren, Walking over greens, we pick few flowers And on streams haste we not to pick few pebbles Though shoved back in bags and bundles To scurry past the miles to horizons In a moment of calm or even in wild Some thoughts of few and few thoughts of some Will make us unravel, pile the bevy, the bounties And, Lo! The sight just streaks a smile, a gleam so beautiful! And we turn all the petals over and over, till we discover Each is a priceless possession, called a friend... Powered by jReviews |
